Children's Ministries

NURSERY - 5TH GRADE

No matter what age we are, we find ourselves craving community! From toddlers to adults, there’s just something energizing about being with others. That’s why we offer every child at Crosspoint the opportunity to engage their world with others.

Nursery

Crosspoint offers nursery services birth to two years of age. We also share Bible stories with the children who attend.

When is this service offered?

During our 10:45am service each Sunday.

Our nursery is lead by Jennifer Fair. She loves caring for children and sharing the good news of Jesus with them. Also involved in our student ministry, Elevate—you’ll see Jennifer all around our campus.

CrossTown Tykes (Kindergarten)

Crosstown Tykes is a fun class for 4 year olds through Kindergarten. We love to sing, play, and learn the foundational truths of the Bible every week! Our desire is to introduce scripture in a way that is memorable and builds a solid foundation as kids grow in our Sunday School program.

When does this class meet?

During our 10:45am service each Sunday.

This children ministry is lead by Sarah Melvin. She loves teaching biblical truths to the youngest in our Sunday School program. Involved in various ministries within Crosspoint, you’ll spot Sarah all around our campus.

CrossTown Kidz (1st through 5th grade)

Crosstown Kidz offers upper elementary children the opportunity to explore, discover, and learn spiritual truths and character traits while also having the time of their life! This ministry has two groups: 1st and 2nd graders + 3rd through 5th graders.

We use the Answers in Genesis Curriculum which is Biblically sound and explores the history from Genesis to Revelations. Any Sunday may involve dress up, skits, games, relays, and more to reinforce the Bible lesson of the day.

CrossTown Kidz is led by Shelley Doebler. She has many years of experience in ministry, in addition to being a mom and grandmother to a very active family. Her bright personality and loving approach to the Gospel makes life exciting for the CrossTown Kidz!
